Letha M. Priddy-Brown

Letha M. Priddy-Brown was born on June 13, 1938, East of Hinton, OK to Christoph Adolph and Lillie Albertina (Tapper) Constien. She passed away on May 28, 2018 in Hydro, OK at the age of 79. Letha graduated from Hinton High School. She married Aubrey Priddy on September 10, 1954 in Hinton, OK, and he preceded her in death on May 11, 1994. Letha later married Calvin Brown, August 11, 1999 in Hinton, OK. She lived most of her life in the Hinton area. Letha enjoyed playing the piano, was a natural artist, loved to shoot, and enjoyed working, she raised ostriches, owned and operated Clear Springs Water in Hinton, OK. Letha was baptized at the Lutheran Church, and was a member of the First Baptist Church, and Missionary Baptist Church in Hinton. She was a NA worker for Alcoholics Anonymous with her husband Calvin Brown. Letha was a prayer warrior and led many people to the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Lillie Constien, her husband, Aubrey Priddy, grandson, Tyler Priddy, brother, Walter Constien, sisters, Ludina Schmidt, Elsie Bray, and Della Ainsworth.

Survivors Include: her husband, Calvin Brown of Hinton, OK, her children, Gene Priddy of Bethany, OK, Tim Priddy and wife Faye of New London, TX, Shelly Lassiter of Edmond, OK, Lance Brown and wife Debra of Yukon, OK, and Lori Brown of Eufaula, OK, her grandchildren, Chris Priddy and wife Rebecca of OKC,OK, Ethan Priddy of OKC,OK, Sheena Weiher of Eufaula, OK and Ty Austin Weiher of Eufaula, OK, Theodora Lassiter of Las Vegas, NV, Samuel Lassiter of Edmond, OK, Braden Brown of Yukon, OK, and Bryce Brown of Yukon, OK, her great grandchildren, Tovey Priddy, Remey Priddy, Dresdyn Priddy, Bennett Priddy, Jayden Lassiter, Garrett Priddy, and Kaylan Roach, her siblings, Earl Constien and wife Sheri of Sheboygan, WI, Edna Wiser of Sulphur, OK, and Velma Osborne of Denver, CO, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Services were held at First Baptist Church, on Friday, June 1, 2018, 10:30 A.M., Hinton, OK ; Officiating: Rev. Steve Murray; Burial: Hinton Cemetery, Hinton, OK services entrusted to Turner Funeral Home, Hinton, Oklahoma.
