Comets Fall 45-14 in First Road Game of the Year

While the Comets football team didn’t come away with their first win of the season last Friday in Thomas against the Terriers, they did show some signs of improvement for the second straight week. Improvements aside, the Comets still fell to the Terriers 45-14. The Terriers moved to 1-1 on the season, while the Comets are now 0-2 on the year.

The Comets started slow for the second straight game, going three and out on their first series. After a directional punt went out of bounds to the Thomas 43-yard line, the Terriers took over for their first series of the night. Thomas senior quarterback/wide receiver Trabor Manning was all over the place on the Terriers’ first series.
